Broadfield Marchers

Brothers Mark and Dustin Zdobylak from Louisville, Kentucky create psychedelic power pop gems – and the music world has noticed, as has Rainbow Quartz. We at the label liken rhe band to early R.E.M.-meets-Pink Floyd. These short and succinct songs (many under two minutes) are ethereal, sophisticated, and filled with pop craftsmanship.

Both Magnet and ultra-hip Arthur magazine placed their debut “When the Lifted Connive” in their top albums of 2006. With longtime friend Justin Carter on drums, the Broadfield Marchers’ skewered, sweet melodies really shine in classic pop form on their second effort, released on Rainbow Quartz.
