Last Sunday, Vancouver power-trash trio Needles//Pins shared “Miracle”, a new cut from their upcoming LP, Good Night, Tomorrow, via the Strombo Show on CBC. Today, they’re sharing the video for “Miracle”. The video follows the band, "three friends in dire straits, ready to go down with the ship. Ending on their terms, playing music and taking Military grade psychedelics" says bassist Tony Dubroy. "We turned our jamspace into a bomb shelter and shot this in two 14 hour days. It was hell." The video's concept was put together by the band who recruited Vancouver based director Mike Babiarz to help make it happen.
For their third LP, Good Night, Tomorrow, Needles//Pins have teamed up with Mint Records and Portland’s Dirt Cult Records. Recorded with Jesse Gander (Japandroids, White Lung) in Vancouver at Rain City Recorders, the album shows an organic growth from the power pop of their previous two albums.
Needles//Pins have a number of tour dates this Summer in support of Good Night, Tomorrow including Ottawa Explosion this week and three performances at Sled Island. More North American tour dates to be announced soon.
Pre-orders of Good Night, Tomorrow will receive limited edition grey sky marble vinyl.
