Ellevator just put the wraps on a successful tour supporting Our Lady Peace and Matt Good throughout Western Canada. Next week, the Hamilton band will keep the momentum going with another string of tour dates throughout the US and Canada with BANNERS before heading home to perform at The Rally presented by Arkells. Today, with only a few weeks left before the release of their self-titled EP on Arts & Crafts, the band is releasing another track from the record, “Voices”. On the song, front-woman Nabi Sue Bersche says, “I always had a pretty firm idea of what the Love Of My Life (TM) would be like. I had them mapped out completely, down to the rusty old pickup truck and the 5 o’clock shadow.
But then they weren't any of those things. They were late nights on the phone and making out in my parent’s hatchback, they were unexpected and ill-advised and all sorts of tears. But I knew from the start that they were my future. So I guess ‘Voices’ is a love song.”

Due out April 20 via Arts & Crafts, the EP was recorded with Michael Keire (Arkells, The Dirty Nil, Wildlife).
Formerly known as The Medicine Hat, Ellevator is Mike Boyd, Elliott Gwynne, Nabi Sue Bersche, and Tyler Bersche.
